A balanced lunch

Ingredients:
Oil drain. 10-15g
Onions 100 g
Minced meat 400 g
Canned beans 150g
Grated tomatoes 150g
Salt, spices (dried garlic, oregano, mixed peppers)
Pasta 200g
Water 600 ml

👨‍🍳 Preparation:
Heat a frying pan on a low heat (I have a diameter of 24), add oil and chopped onion, fry for a few minutes until transparent, then chop, fry until soft and break up with a spatula.

Next, canned beans (I have red), then grated tomatoes (you can take tomato puree and mix with water, or tomatoes in juice, but remove the skin 🍅), spices on top, mix.

Pour in the pasta, add water, stir, reduce the heat slightly, cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
