Cheesecake

160 g of soft cottage cheese (you can use briquette cheese)
1 egg
0.5 teaspoon of sugar or sweetener to taste
pinch of salt
some lemon zest (optional)
1 heaping teaspoon of flour

Mix all the ingredients until smooth and then add to the pan. I used a small glass bowl, mixed all the ingredients in it and cooked the casserole in it. Pour boiling water into the pot, cover with a lid and cook for about 20 minutes, the water should be boiling during cooking. Casserole is ready. Enjoy your meal.
