Diet salad

Ingredients:
Carrot 300 g
Beetroot 300 g
Sauerkraut. 600 g
Lemon juice 1/2
Salad oil 1-2 tbsp

Cooking:
Carrots and beets (no need to cook, but raw, yes you can) three, all on a grater, for beauty I used a Korean carrot grater. Put the sauerkraut in a container, add sauerkraut (if you don’t have it, cut up ordinary cabbage, but it won’t be as tasty), season with lemon juice and mix.
