Chips

Ingredients:
Young potatoes 8 pcs.
Oil 1.5 tbsp. lodge + smoked wig. and salt 1 tsp. bed

For the sauce:
Cucumber 30 g
Garlic 2 cloves.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. bed
Sour cream (10-15%) 5 tbsp. bed


Cooking:
Boil the potatoes in salted water gently (about 20-25 minutes) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (I have silicone or a mat), lay out the potatoes and press them well with a mug (you can wipe the bottom of the oil, it will be less sticky), you want them all flat. Mix butter + salt (ideally coarse) + paprika in a small container, grease the potatoes on top and place in a preheated oven at 220C for 25-30 minutes.
