Low calorie salad

Ingredients:
Sour cream 10-15% 60g
Mustard 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Lettuce leaves (bundle)
Canned corn 150 g
Chicken steak 300 g
Cherry tomatoes 150g
Cheese 100 g


Cooking:
Boil the chicken steak in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes. Grate the cheese, halve the tomatoes and cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Mix everything for the dressing, then the rest of the ingredients in a salad bowl. If you are making this on New Year’s Eve, I recommend tossing in the leaves before serving to make them crunchy 😊
